Zutaten
- 400 g weiße Bohnen (Dose)
- 150 g Seitanpulver
- 4 EL Wasser
- 1 EL Tahin (Sesammus)
- 1 Prise Paprikapulver
- 1 Prise Salz & Pfeffer
- 1 Spritzer Zitronensaft
Preparation
- Put the entire can of beans in a blender and puree with water, sesame butter, lemon juice and spices to a fine, liquid paste.
- Mix the bean porridge with the seitan powder. Knead the entire mixture well.
- Cook the seitan and bean mixture in a hot water bath or broth for about 5 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely. Then cut it into the desired shape. Alternatively, bread it afterwards.
