Ingredients
- 250g flour
- 2 – 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- bit of Salt
- 2 eggs
- 200ml milk
- oil (to fry)
Preparation
- Mix flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Add eggs, milk and mix everything to smooth mass
- Heat oil in a pan with medium heat
- Per pancake, give 2 tablespoons in the pan and bake 2 minutes per side
- Serve with maple syrup and/or berries
