- 3 large beefsteak tomatoes
- 1-2 onions
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili
- Salt
Preperation
- Halve tomatoes and onions
- Roast tomatoes, onions, garlic and chili in a pan
- Put everything in a tall container and puree with a hand blender
- Salt and if it is too thick add a little water
