Ingredients
- 1 onion(s), finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can of kidney beans, approx. 400 g
- 80g oat flakes
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- n.e. salt and pepper
- n.e. chili powder
- 1 heaped tbsp tomato paste
- Rapeseed oil for frying
Zubereitung
- Drain the kidney beans in a sieve, rinse and drain.
- Chop or mash the beans with the oat flakes. Mix with soy sauce and season with salt, pepper and/or chili powder to taste.
- Sauté the onions and garlic in the rapeseed oil in a pan until translucent. Add the bean mixture and fry. Add the tomato paste and fry the mixture with a spatula until crumbly.
- Season further depending on use. Tastes great with tacos, wraps, pasta or without frying as a base for burger patties
